HOUSE RULES
By entering the guesthouse, these House Rules come intoeffect, and the Guest accepts them as binding upon themselves.
The Guest uses the accommodation and all its parts(including, but not limited to: bathroom, toilet, hot tub, sauna, garden, etc.)at their own risk.
Arrival / Departure
Arrival: The accommodation may be occupied after 3:00 PM.Earlier arrival may be possible by prior arrangement, depending on the previousday's occupancy.
Departure: The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM onthe day of departure. Extensions and their conditions are subject exclusivelyto prior agreement.
Keys: Keys are handed over on-site. Particular care must betaken with the keys; in the event of loss, the Guest shall be liable for thecost of a full lock replacement.
Security: We kindly ask the Guests to close all windows anddoors when leaving the house.
Complaints: Please notify us of any complaints orobservations as soon as possible. The Host is unable to accept any claims afterdeparture.

Furnishings
It is not permitted to remove or relocate furniture orfurnishings from the accommodation. The Guest is liable for any damageresulting from improper use.
Pets
Only small pets are allowed in the accommodation.
Safety and Security
Smoking and Open Flames: Smoking and the use of open flamesare strictly prohibited inside the building.
Proper Use: The Guest is responsible for the proper use ofthe accommodation. The Guest bears exclusive liability for any damage resultingfrom lighting fires in open areas (e.g., cauldron/kettle cooking, barbecue) orenclosed facilities (e.g., hot tub). When a fire is lit, the Guest is obligedto remain on-site, supervise the fire, and ensure that it causes no damage tothe accommodation or its surroundings.
Valuables: We assume no liability for valuables brought intothe accommodation.
Wildlife: The property directly borders a forest; forestanimals may appear in the garden. Therefore, please do not leave food scrapsout during outdoor dining or grilling.
Force Majeure: The Host is unable to assume liability or paycompensation for damages resulting from events beyond their control (e.g.,natural disasters, hail, fire, power outages, injuries, etc.).
Parking
Parking is provided in the courtyard or in front of thehouse. However, weather conditions in the Mátra Mountains may occur wheredriving into the courtyard is difficult or impossible (e.g., prolonged rain/mudor heavy snowfall in winter). Suitable parking areas accessible by vehicle arealways available within 150–200 metres of the house in the village.
Sauna and Hot Tub
Instructions: Operating and usage instructions for the hottub and sauna can be found in the Guest Information Folder.
Liability: These facilities may only be used at the Guest'sown risk; the Host assumes no liability in the event of personal injury.
Consumption: Consuming food or drink in the sauna or the hottub is prohibited and hazardous.
Maintenance: When the hot tub is not in use, we kindly askthe Guests to keep it covered. When the sauna is not in use, please do not heatit and ensure the door remains closed.
